Ayurveda assists you in a deeper understanding of the uniqueness of your own body and how to keep it healthy and clean.
Ayurveda focuses on measurable and long-term results because we work on getting to the root core of your imbalance by discovering the three body types called Dosha(s), Vata, Pitta, & Kapha; and how the 5 main elements of the earth play an enormous part in your everyday life.

Every day, we learn how stress, poor diet, and an inactive lifestyle can contribute to a rapidly increasing number of diseases like obesity, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, and so forth.
We often forget the basic programming our natural body needs in this fast-paced society, like eating clean, exercising, and meditating.

Together, we will create a well-balanced routine and way of approaching life that suits your needs while also stepping out of your comfort zone to take this next step in your personal journey through life experiences, food, movement, routine, and livelihood.

We discuss how your mind and body function and react to stress in your CNS or Central Nervous System. If going untreated, discuss how disease and illnesses link to your diet and how your daily lifestyle affects your physical body. 

Together, we will work on reducing stress in your day-to-day life to help you live in a more natural flow with yourself and the world around you.

In psychology, they call this "Nature vs. Nurture."


Individual sessions are for someone who needs more accountability to jump back on track with food, reset their mind and gut, & guidance in the right direction for healthier life choices.

Kitchari Kit

Kitchari is a thick, soupy meal made with rice, dal, and spices. It is easy to digest and often enjoyed as part of an Ayurvedic cleanse. This kit provides the basic supplies to make flavorful and nutritious kitchari for seven days. The Daily Routine Bundle provides everything you need to start your day off right and carry you through to the next. Use the Tongue Cleaner first thing in the morning to gently scrape off the coating of ama, or natural toxins, promote oral hygiene, and freshen the breath. Then oil pull with Daily Swish Oil to support healthy teeth and gums. How long you swish is up to you! Place a few drops of Nasya Oil in each nostril each morning to help release tension in the head, relieve accumulated stress, and protect the nasal passages.
