We discuss how your mind and body function and react to stress in your CNS or Central Nervous System. If going untreated, discuss how disease and illnesses link to your diet and how your daily lifestyle affects your physical body.
Together, we will work on reducing stress in your day-to-day life to help you live in a more natural flow with yourself and the world around you.
